is it possible to run the explorer intake and throttle body without an egr plate?

my egr stuff is all removed on my car and i was curious if the egr plate is required..

the throttle body bolts up fine but im really not sure.

thanks,
Keith

You don't need the EGR spacer.

if you delete the spacer, you will need a egr spacer delete plate, so theres something for the throtte cable bracket to attach to.

You don't need the egr spacer but you do need a delete plate like camaroeater said. Make sure that watch clearance with your throttle bracket, sometimes it likes to rub with just a delete plate.
