Default 87 mustang rods

I'm planning on rebuilding my 302 and bumping the power significantly. What should I go with for forged pistons and rods? Any manufacturer preference? Can I get a website?

Are you planning on adding boost or nitrous?

I am 95% sure that stock rods are already forged.

If you are going with forged rods you should go with a scat or eagle rotating assembly. You can get them with forged pistons. They already come balanced. Summit or jegs will have them.

What do you mean by "bumping up the power singificantly"? You need to provide a little more detail of you plans, your stock junk may be sufficient.
