Yes, I believe those blocks can take 1500hp.

thats the 96-98 cobra motor with different Cams and Intake lol.

Teksid block is a good starting point for a modular build .

and they have been known to take above 1000whp.

Teksid is the name of the company who makes blocks for ferrari, they made them for the cobra in 96-01(early 01s got Teksid late ones got W.A.P or windsor aluminum plant block) because they were simply no longer cost effective, they are the most durable and lightest aluminum production block by ford.

I thought that the W.A.P. block was the lighter one, but I think its only by 10lbs.

yes the mark 8 has 24lb injectors and a larger MAF sensor that can be adapted
