Exclamation Looking for a part!

Does anyone know where I can get a speedometer gear for a '94 Mustang with an Automatic w/ 4:10's? I can't find one anywhere. I'm not even sure if they make them. Please help. Thanks!

you might need to change the internal gear in the trans. as well....23 tooth speedo gear will not be good enough!

ok, another question. It has two combinations listed, 392-STE-17271-J
Automatic 7-Tooth 4.10 Ratio / Black 23 Speedo Gear and 392-STE-17271-J
Automatic 8-Tooth 4.10 Ratio / Black 23 Speedo Gear. Which one will get me the closest? I pretty sure the factory one is an 8. I got the info about the 7-drive;23-driven from mustangsunlimited:

It says: Original Speedometer "Driven" Gear, 23-Tooth White, for Ford Manual Transmission.

Nylon 23-tooth white speedometer "driven" gear. Commonly used with 8-tooth speedometer "drive" gear and 3.73:1 rear axle ratio, or 7-tooth speedometer "drive" gear and 4.10:1 rear axle ratio.

Related Parts:
-Speedometer Gear Clip, #F1151

This car I'm putting it on is a AOD.

So, should I go with the 7-drive, 23-driven or the 8-drive, 23-driven?
