Default Need advice on issue with water in the exhaust

I got new exhaust put on like 10 days ago, and already in the tailpipes i noticed there is a fair amount of rust in them. I have also seen some water come out at start up. The car runs fine, doesn't overheat, and the oil looks normal. The coolant in the radiator and overflow tank has also not went down whatsoever. I have never dealt with this issue before so I can't figure it out. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.

Water coming out the exhaust is not really uncommon, usually a result of condensation i believe. As far as the rusting goes, I guess they aren't stainless tailpipes...

I figured it was probably not a big deal, but I found the rusting strange. You would think 3.5 rolled tips would be stainless, they looked like it. Maybe cause they are rolled at the end some of water stays in there and causes rust. Might get them changed to stainless slash cut tips or something, the rust looks like **** lol.
