right on another guy just recomend a wet kit between the upper and lower, he said this would make it less important to upgrade my manifold. but it would help to have a better lower with better runners, right? he also recomended a nx kit that puts out a 300 shot max...theres no way right? does ne body who knows more about kits like that, 300 max, so would you be able to turn it down?

Not trying to bust your ***** but when you get busted claiming someone elses car as your own and then getting pissed about it will end up people not beleiving anything you say. People here don't care how raged out your car is or if it's a 79-93. There are lots of project cars on this board including mine. They run from mild to wild. There is a lot of helpful people with a lot of knowledge to share and I doubt you will find a better wealth of information than you will right here. Post a picture of your car no matter how it looks and these guys will help you anyway they can. But the thing you don't want to do is open up like an E-Thug when you are busted big time. You made a mistake, own up to it and move on. I've learned a lot in the short time I've been here.
You see where some people hare may have a problem? Lets see what you are really working with.

I wouldnt go anything under 10 degrees unless you are spraying over a 150 shot.
I sprayed a 250 shot on a stock bottom end numerous times and only melted spark plugs when I got greedy with the timing. the instructions for my nitrous express wet kit say no timing retard is required, although if you run high initial timing you will need to lower it to at least 10 degrees.
