Default STEEDA #19 CAM IN MUSTANG WITH S/D ?

Is anyone running or has anyone used this cam steeda #19,in a mustang that is still speed density??If so how does or did it do as well as idle quality and power ?What about this cam with1.7 rr.?Do you have to fly cut the pistons since duration is 226/220?

I run a Steeda #18 w/1.7rr in my 93GT. Bottom end is stock, had no ptv issues, but should be checked on every build. I have been really happy with the performance. The Steeda #19 has the same specs as the#18 except for a wider lobe seperation (#18 112*, #19 115*). 19 gives better vacuum at idle, required by 94-95 mustang. Don't know how either would react in an sd car.

if im not mistaken sd cars require a cam with 115* of lobe seperation. IF you go to the sd forum in the 5.0 section one of the guys in there should be able to help you find a cam that will work with sd.
