well if the car runs great but if you buy the heads you need to gap check em for a flat deck. check for any dmaage. aluminum is soft and easy to wreck a head. probably want to get them milled just for good measure. probabaly lap the valves while its out. check spring pressure to make sure its still good. if you're buying them completed.

holly is a good intake if you can get a deal. but if you are buying new you'll want to know what cam you are going to use and match the intake to it
