Well i guess it's time for a real tuneup my old 5.0. It's burning oil like a **** and is kinda weak. Sooooo..... Im gonna get a 347 stroker kit and probley a new camshaft and valves(mabey) I need a good 347 stroker kit for under $1500, was looking on ebay and i dont know if any of those are good. I have heard that the Eagle Kits are good but im not sure. Also what kind of camshaft and valves should I get.

Eagle are well known for good products and you could look into DSS for a crank kit but you still will have to have machine work done"boring,cam bearings,clearenced,etc" so you might want to take that into consideration when you say you have "1500" to spend

D&D, DSS , and HAWK Racing on eBay have good kits but IMO the 331 will outlast the 347

CHP 347 stroker kit they have a patented design to fix the " oil burning problem" in 347's and thats the only reason most people go with 331. but definately go 347 all the way and as far as a cam goes x303 incredible horsepower gains goodluck on the build
