okay it stopped working for a week or so then i unscrewed the whole unit out of the column screwed it back in was working fine... now it stopped working again...

problem is it only works if i push the lever inwards towaards the column... and i mean really push hard, i can only hold it for a few seconds before i start hurting my hand...

brights and wipers and everything else work perfect...

do i need a new turning signal unit... or is it the multifunction you think?

pull the unit and look at the pin connections for any evidence of overheating, if so replace unit also check harness end for the same, sounds like a bad connection/ faulty unit

k becuase i got a hold of a 90 or so turning signal unit, put it in plugged it up and it did nothing i acutally lost the ability to use my wipers...

then i looked and the prongs in the 90 unit were different pattern then my stock one

1 out of an 87 will do it right?
