Default 99-04 MUSTANG seats in a fox

Hey all,

Just wondering how 99-04 MUSTANG seats (front and rear) will fit in a fox.

I think the fronts will fit but the rear I am not so sure. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Fairlee

I have 03's in the front of mine. They bolt right in but they sit about an inch higher. The rears will take some modification. Don't know the extent.

I have newer ones in my Fox. The driver's side is powered and it sits a bit high. The rear section is not much of a problem because I can lower it but the front half is all the way down and the top of my legs is touching the steering wheel. Also makes for an odd angle to kick the clutch pedal. Feelin' tall though!

Yeah, but since you have a vert, my wife has the same ones in hers.

Thanks for the help.

Question. Is it an issue with head room. lol when you have the top up? Also, Is it really an issue that your leg are touching the steering wheel?

Thanks,

Well, I don't know how tall you are but neither my wife or I have that problem. I think the vert has a lil more headroom due to the unfinished nature of the top.

The ones in my coupe, are a dif story. It's tight when I race and have a helmet on. If you're a tall ****, you might have a problem.
