I have a buddy in town that runs 9.70's on 125 shot and 10.60's on engine alone with a 347 stock block. It is in an all out race car, but I'm sure he could pull off respectable times in a full street trim car. His engine dyno'd 510hp at the flywheel when the engine was built.

I am just worried about the block breaking. What mods can be done to the stock block to make it stronger? I would love to keep the stock block and make my car into a monster. A true 11 sec all motor 10 second on nitrous car would be fine with me.
