coolent flush?
Ok just want to make sure i am doing this right, after draining the system i take a gardan hose and stick it in the radiator cap, turn it on and turn the car on, i let this go until clear water is coming out.
Now my question is what part of the system do i leave undone? is it the bottom hose going from the bottom water pump to the bottom of the radiator?
Thanks for the help guys!

it always worked for me cause I mean if you take off the bottom rad hose goin to the water pump then no water at all ain't gonna get into a block. You might be able to take off the hose right behind the tensioner

I've always removed both radiator hoses. Put the nozzle in top of radiator and flush for a while and then put nozzle at bottom of radiator and cover rest of the hole and flush it till the water is clear coming out of the top of radiator. Of course this is without starting engine.

Definately peel a hose off. Rad cap to rad drain plug will not flush the block. Even with the engine running the hose water is so cold most of the time the thermostat will stay closed.
For a real thorough flush pull off both heater hoses and push water threw is both directions.
When you are done flushing make sure you fill it with a 50/50 mix of distilled water and antifreeze.
