Question slight hesitation at 3500 RPM and above

i rebuilt the motor last winter did notice some hesitation while i'd step on it last year, well just replaced the fuel pump to a 255lph and running at idle about 39lbs of fuel pressure, I'm also running 24lb injectors. Does the fuel pressure need to be bumped up from stock with higher injectors and fuel pump so the motor doesn't get starved of fuel at high RPM? If further information is needed just ask and i'll tell you anything else you need to know about the motor.
