Default Carbon Fiber Clutches for 8.8

I have recently installed a set of ford racing carbon fiber clutches in my 8.8 differential. I took the car out today as it was a little warmer here than it has been in awhile in MI. And I turned on the line lock and still only the rear right wheel spins? I could not have messed up the shims because they only give you .030 and nothing else. I know for a fact I put one shim on each side and stacked the steels and frictions acording to the directions. I installed the new s spring supplied with the kit. There are only two things I can think of that I did wrong one being soak the clutches for too long. The direction say to soak them for atleast 15 minutes. I soaked mine for two days because I had some things come up. But from what I have read of other people doing this they have hear loud pops on their first test drives. The longer they soaked their clutches in the friction modifier the less pops they heard and they were less harsh. I did not hear any poping sounds while driving before the burnout. The other being I noticed during disassembly the side gears had a seal on the bottom they were falling apart on each side and did not think that they were necesary because the exploded view diagrahm showed nothing of them and niether did the directions. So I reassembled it without the seals. I put lucas 80-90 with the recomended amount of friction modifier in the differential housing. Any suggestions or help is appreciated im just really tired of this one wheel wonder thanks.

bump/Just curious has anyone ever seen this seal on the side gears. I did not know it existed when I started and it is not in any write ups I have read. And if not replaced could it cause a failure in the clutches.

no I am reffering to the side gears that the steels spline into. It seemed like there was pieces of a gasket left on each side. And there was a notch for a ring shaped gasket to go in from where I pulled the pieces out of. I had never seen this before and it did not seem like it could effect operation of the clutches so I cleaned it out and reassembled it.
