K i'm going to run a 15x10 inch tire in the rear my question to you experienced guys out there. What backspacing should i run to minimize the massaging(beating with a hammer) to fit the rims under there. 6" or 6.5". I'll be running a 275/50r15 tire unless someone has a better tire fitment size.? Any help or thoughts would be appreciated thx.

Regardless you can massage the lip for more clearance using a cheap walmart baseball bat. Wooden not that aluminum crap. simply take the large end and roll it back and forth on the fender lip against the tire. It will roll the lip in without denting or chippin your paint! Just an old street racing trick. hope it helps someone!
Peace, love and VHT!

you are still gone to need a BFH to beat the inner wheel wells cuz the tires will rub on the inside I ran a 275/60 and they hit but maybe the 50 wont but with that much back space I bet it does. I also run a 8in wheel with 5.5 back space on one of our cars. and the other car has a 9in rim and 6in back space. with the 275 and the 5.5 back space I never had any issues with the tires hitting the lips unless I had 4 people in the car and I don't have the lips rolled at all.
