Battery/Connection Issues

Battery/Connection Issues
Alright, simply put - the car has poor wiring and I've been trying to correct it, and I think I got it for the most part but I think I hooked things up backwards. The question is - does this car use a positive or negative grounding? Because I ****ed my ground wire testing things to make sure they were right and they obviously aren't. Any help appreciated from you guys, as I've looked around and I can't find the answer directly. I'll have the wiring completely done by this weekend, but I need to get the car running again so I can move it and all that at least.
Could you guys lend me some screen shots of your engine bay and show me the wiring and all that? I'm just trying to make everything right here, and I'm learning as I go where the hell everything is at and it is easier when I see what's correct, and what isn't (or what's blatantly not there in general..) Thanks guys.

Negative ground. Here is a link with some wiring schematics. http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/engine/#Diagrams

This is my first time around the block rewiring the stang, and things were not connected correctly at all which is why I asked. Obviously the mustang is the only exception to my vast collection of chevys, and they're a tad different in a few respects Thanks for the heads up, though. Safe to not assume anything than go in and break things out of ignorance, you know?
