Looking at a rear off a 97 cobra. Been looking for an SN95 rear to do my disk brake 5 lug conv. on the fox. Does any one know if i can just use an 86 master cylinder for this rear since i believe the cobra rears have larger brakes then the stock SN95.

Also anyone know the gear ratio, im pretty sure it is still 28 spline in the cobra.

A 97 Cobra has stock 3.27's, and yes, it should have larger rear discs compared to a GT... You might not run into proportion issues if you use the 13" front dics too. Could be wrong, though.

i will prolly end up buying SN95 front spindles which i think are 11 inch front disks but not sure? thanks for the imput any other information is appreciated.

comes with the stock 323's, steep was what i was thinking...but its local whereas shipping on one from ebay cast me 200 + going to pick it up from a warehouse anyway...

he has a few parts i want, might try and work out a deal...
