Please learn to use punctuation... or at least periods so we don't have to guess where each sentence ends and a new one begins. If you edit your post so it's readable and add some info about the engine, cam, heads, intake, etc. then we might be able to help you with your problem.

why would i loose power ?. engine has trick flow intake ,cold air,manual,19#ers,underdrive,30over, decked, afr heads . now with my old throttle i could just roll on the throttle in 2nd and 3rd and the *** would get loose (spin tires). now with a 75mm and matched spacer i lost that power. would i see a difference if i put the stock egr spacer on? hey capri sorry im no typer any ideas? ohh thats all i know of engine

...Why a 75mm TB??? ...bigger not better in all case's...I was making 625hp with my '91 GT and I was running a 70mm TB...
If you had a stock TB, I would have put on a 65mm TB MAX!!! What's your combo?

I have the TrickFlow intake on my car with a 70mm TB because that's what TF told me use. I never measured the intake bore diameter, it may only be 70mm. So if you put a 75mm TB on a 70mm intake bore, it will have a ridge where the two parts meet that could be causing turbulance. Anyone here know what the TF intake bores inside diameter measures, because I'm not pulling mine apart to check. LOL.
Or...
Maybe the intake bore is bigger than the bore of your TB and now you're getting substantially more air, but the 19# injectors you have might not be enough... TrickFlow says 24# should be used.

Have you checked if there's something else that could be causing a problem?.....you have increased airflow into the engine, wouldn't it need more fuel?.... you are measuring power based on the ability to spin tires, what about some ET numbers. You don't get from point A to B faster spinning tires. Just a thought.

As stated, the larger diameter is the problem, you're loosing power due to too much air inflow, yes there is such a thing. Basically the engine is loosing pressure in the intakes due to the added airflow. Think of it as sucking through a straw. A larger straw sucks better than a smaller, but you'll reach a certain point where it's not more effecient because you're having to suck harder to build up enough pressure to move the liquid into your mouth, same goes for intakes. You should be no larger than 70mm without a power adder.
