could be the trans. mount.the rubber bushings for the crossmember,driveshaft's bent or out of balance etc.etc. theres just so many things that could go wrong with it
Any Rpm, Usually around when I touch 5.5 in 3rd (The highest I ever let it rev) and it still does it when I shift into 4th. I haven't tried fifth though.
I had the same problem, so I did this and I have no vibration. I replaced the drive shaft with an aluminum one comes with new yoke and flange that goes to the rear, then I took off the tail shaft and replaced the sleeve that the yoke rides on and rear tall shaft seal. No more buzz in my shifter and no more BAD vibration through the drive train. I did all the work today. I did all of this so I would not have to pin point what to replace. Hope this helps.
