Idealy it is best to have the 02 ~4-5" from where the primaries gather in the collector. It depends on the company as to wheather or not they have 02 bungs or not. Generally the bungs on the collectors are fine.

I think thats an AWEFUL LOT of money to spend on exhaust for a street car. I have been looking on ebay and craigslist for some used exhaust components, and I think ill be able to get headers and the matching x pipe for under $200. But then again your basicly paying for the ceramic coating at your price, whereas I would be getting painted.

I have a set of MAC shorty's (not ceramic) and an off road H I can sell you if your interested. Im more concerned with doing it right the first time than the money.. I dont have a specific budget.

I just tried to order them directly from MAC and there on backorder for 3 weeks... WTF?????? That sucks.. Texas Hot Rods has them cheaper tham MAC does but i cant get threw to their phone.. Its just not my day!!

Anyone else know anywhere that stocks / sells MAC products??

I would go with shorties... even if you have the motor out it is a pain getting longtubes in.

For sme reason im up for the challenge. Ive always wanted long tubes.. Now my problem is i cant find somewhere with them in stock.. Where else sells MAC products??
