Oil Leak
 

Hi every1, I had my car in storage for the last 3 months and noticed there was about half a litre of oil under the car. It looks like its coming from the rearmain but could it be the oil pan? I started the car every 3 weeks but didnt notice this problem. Thx for any help.

Could be the oil pan gasket. Mine started from there right before i put her away :( .... Anyhow just one of many possibilities I guess.

if my car ever stops leaking ill cry tears of joy, even if it just slows to a quart every two weeks its easier for me to name gaskets i havent replaced

i would say rear main seal 3 out of 5 of my foxes have leaked from the rear main seal and i put a new seal in all 3 of them and it was the rear seal every time my leaks were usually small but any leak bugs the crap out of me anyways good luck with the leak
