underdrive pully question

Default underdrive pully question

I know when you put a underdrive pulley kit on, its possible itll drain your battery because of the alternator pulley but before i do that would replacing my battery with an optima battery fix this?

Yes and no. You leave the alt pulley out of the swap and upgrade to a 3G style alt.

it's possible if you have a big stereo etc, the pulley might give you 1hp
