Default 30# injectors

I have a GT-40P motor out of an explorer that I am going to put in my mustang. I came across a set of brand new 30# injectors for a 5.0 from Ford Racing and I was wondering if I should just sell them or use them in my GT-40P motor (if they are better than the ones in the motor already). Thanks guys. I will try to get a part number when I get back home to look at the box.

That motor was rated at 215hp and was equiped with 19lb injectors from the factory. 24lb injectors were put on the 93 cobra which was rated at 235hp. 30lb injectors would be extreme overkill for that engine.

So should I just try and sell them? They are brand new never been used in a box. What do you guys think would be a good price? Oh I do plan on putting a differnt cam in that motor because they say that the cam in the explorer motor isnt made for good power...

347 stroker with 200cc heads and a massive cam would require 30lb injectors. If you dont have that, get rid of them. good price is what you make of it. I'd say 125 plus

I just baisically plan on putting a little bigger cam in the motor and that will be about it. I want a daily driver that still gets up and hauls pretty good but doesnt drain my pockets to bad.
