Anyone know where i might find a bare block with main bolts/caps and preferably at the most a .030 bore at a fairly decent price? or does anyone have one? i blew the 331 stroker in my mustang and im having hell trying to find just a bare 302 for a couple hundred

Just sold a really good one for 100 bucks. Thats shouldnt be hard to find

to bad you don't live closer, I have 1 but it's not .030, besides you'd want to send out the block and have it bored in accordance with the pistons you got

What part of Texas are you at. I know some people that know some people. I'm in South West Louisiana. I'm about 1.5 hrs or so from Beaumont/Orange area. I can get you a clean block or help you locate one in certain Texas areas.

hell try your local machine shops, I get'em cheap..people have work done and can't pay the bill...you pay the bill and it's yours..worth a shot..
