which pressure plate
I have a 90 5.0. Installing a new clutch and trying to decide which pressure plate to use. I have had a centerforce in the car for the past 12 years. I want to go back with centerforce, but cant decide between cft360057 and cft360048. The first part number is a stage II that fits 93-95 5.0's. The second fits 86-93 5.0's. Centerforce said that the 057 holds more pressure than the second just because of Fords OEM specs. Any info would help. I am using a Ford Motorsport King cobra disc, 7550-a302. Again, lasted 12 years. This is a street and strip car.
