Default Opinions Wanted: '95 GT 'vert - What is it worth?

Looking at purchasing my first Mustang.

Stats
1995 GT Convertible
Auto
20k miles
Black on tan leather
Original Owner
All records
Window sticker
No exterior or interior blemishes
No winters, stored indoors
All maintenance up to date

Located in Chicago

Any opinions on what a reasonable private party price should be? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I would prefer a manual, but my better judgment tells me an auto. would be more practical as there will be others in the household driving and I really do not feel like teaching how to drive.

Mods may be in the future but gotta find the car first.
