i took the tube that comes off the airbox on my ford econoline van to the fender well whacked it in half, put it to my intake tube stuck it threw a hole in the fender where the stock box on the stang went, stuck the filter on it. then duck taped the hole around the tube ill make up a plate out of a peice of metal before long.

surpisingly there is an defent differance in the seat o your pants meater, with the filter in the engin bay i always had some power loss once the car got up to normal opperating tempature

good ****. im thinking of doing mine with tubing and dropping the filter behind the openings for the foglights

i don't see how that is a cold air intake.

look at the first picture, the second one is how i had it before. now the filter is mounted inside the fenderwell insted of inside the engin bay

oh...we made a home made kit that fit into both fog lite holes running a tube between them
