Default Misfire??? Problem Running... PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey... I just got a '90 LX 5.0 with a 5-speed, and a few things done to it... for some reason though, when I am driving down the road, or I can even sit still and rev it to about 1500 rpms, and I hear a misfire coming from the right exhaust pipe... Just did a tune up with Autolite Platinum Plugs/Ford Racing Wires/Cap/Rotor/MSD Coil, and it still does it... it runs a hell of a lot better, lol, but it still does it... It also keeps throwing on a check engine light... and it only seems to skip when the check engine light is on... what could this be??? I am very confused... the car has plenty of power... but the skipping is annoying... and you can feel the skip when you are driving... any help with this would be GREATLY appreaciated...

Thanks!!
Steven...

Have you tried cleaning the injectors? May have one that's dirty and screwing up the fuel delivery.

ran a whole bottle of Redline Fuel System Cleaner through it... nothing... Someone on Realfords.com said it might be my O2 sensors... could these cause this??? the car also idles really low... sometimes around 500 rpm, then will slowly move up to around 800...
