Default Carb to EFI Sensors

If I was starting from scratch going to efi what sensors would I need to get it working correctly? This is a question I have just pondered about, not something I am gonna do neccesarily so don't ask what I already have. Thanks

Buy a wrecked 5.0 and do the conversion or buy a aftermarket EFI set up to replace the carb.
