I like to build my own motors though. I have built every one I have ever owned.

302 Chevy (some will get this) that went in my 68 maro
305 Chevy that went in my Nova
396 4 bolt BB that went in mine and dads Chevelle
455 olds that is currently in Dads Cutlass 442
and my current 302 in my mustang

All built by me, that is my favorite part of building a car so I couldn't fathom the idea of a crate motor. Unless of course i was building something to use the ZZ502, now that is one crate engine i would love to own one day. Mmmmm 32 ford coupe with a zz502 anyone?

When the ZZ502 first hit the market I bought one and threw in into my 68 Camaro. Hooked up to 4L80 a 3:42 gear it was sweet. It's a lot of bang for the buck.

If I were going to build a new engine and was going to use an aftermarket block of Small Ford design I'd buy the World Man O War block. My problem is I get carried away with my own builds. If fun doing the entire car by yourself though

Jesus, with the 4L80 what stall did you have?

Port, whats your big oppostion to the new boss block? It says it can withstand 1200hp. I have read through all of the blocks and the designs and that one seems to be the best bang for the buck

I have been trying to do research on superchargers, which one would be best suited for a stroker motor? With a Forged Eagle crank, Scat H beam Rods, and Probe Forged pistons, what am I looking at boost wise? Does a 347/331 require more boost than a 302? I was looking at Procharger, Paxton, and Vortech
