temp problem

Car has new radiator and good flow so Im guessing that my only choice is buying a after market thermostat control for my fan or hot wire fan.also have already put new stat 180

what is your psi on the rad cap?
is the lower rad hose collapsing?
did you burp the system?

I have a new cap and its a 16 psi but sometimes I get pressure and other times I get none and I dont understand this this was the start of this topic I started weird
