OK, my build is 100% done, however, I'm having an issues. The engine rotates (ignition and starter fires/engauges) but doesn't turn over/start. Any ideas, everything is hooked up, double, tripple checked all the plugs and their location on the distributer, so needless to say, I'm stumped.

have you checked for spark and or fuel???, old spark plug and ether is all you need to verify both exist or one or the other is not present

Well I threw away all the old spark plugs and wires as they were pretty well toast, not to mention most of them broke when trying to remove them.

Now I had to unplug the fuel pump from this sensor thing in the trunk to purge the fuel pressure. When I plugged it in, I pushed the red button to reset the sensor, but is it plausible that it's stuck off, or bad?

The engine rotates but doesnt turn over? Is the engine spinning over with the starter?
Have you checked for spark? Double checked the timing? Fuel pressure? Did you prime the oil pump for a few minutes? You are far from 100% done. Don't mean to sound mean I just don't want to see you ruin your engine.
