I already told you which one was which!!!! read!!! the lower one is for the reverse lights, the one on the top, you need do nothing with, as just tie it out of the way, I did just that when I converted my 66 to a t-5.

1988TTOP if your car was a AOD before, youll be fine, they already have the nuetral saftey bypassed.

but if it was a T5 before, you will have to jump the harness in the car with a wire so it think's the car is always in nuetral.

its not that big of a deal as long as you remember to start your car out of gear.
