Default door wont close right

My passenger door sits low and to close it i have to be outside the car and pick it up by the handle and slam it closed. its a good inch lower then where it should be . i checked its not the hinges. i was looking and when i picked the door up and down it looked like it was moving from the pins. if im right how do i swap these out . i already bought a pair from late model restoration and if im not right please tell me what it could be.

i ended up taking the door off and taking them off with the door laying on a work bench. i had to drill out the heads of one of them and the other i used a die grinder. When you put the pins back in make sure the hinge doesn't have play in it.

i used a big c clamp to bend the outer part of the hinge to make it a tighter snug, then i put the outer hinge back on and tapped the new pins in.
