the 192's are the older casting, they cant be ported out very much, the 195's are better, how much do they want for the 192's?

camshaftinnovations.com for the cam.

Chances are you are going to have PTV clearance issues with them regardless of what cam you use because of the 2.02 intake valve. I think you would be better off with a smaller set of Twisted wedge heads from trick flow or AFR 165's. Cam choice will be a little tougher depending on where you want the torque curve. As far as rockers go I'd go a set of quality 1.6 full roller rockers. How much differance in power. That will all depend on how well your parts match. But you can just about count on PTV clearance issues witht he Canfields. You may want to rethink that move unless you are will to buy another set of pistons or notching what you have.

I would go with a head with a 1.94 intake valve for a 302.

1. Id get the AFR 185's and notch the pistons. That is what I have and with these heads you have room to grow and the 165's 302 is about topped out.
2. Id get the TFS stage 2 (notched pistons needed). I have the x-cam, but next time I have my motor apart that is what Im puttin in.
Get full roller rockers 1.6's.
Yes huge power difference with the 185's. If you are not willing to notch the pistons you are limited on power upgrade choices.
