ok my dad's friend with a towing bussiness gave us a 95 gt 5.0 so we can switch to 5 lug. i was wondering if i could just drop the rear end out of the 95 and bolt it righ tinto my 89?

it will fit and bolt up but its wider and you may run into wheel issues.

are you saying that like a 17x9 cobra r rm with 245 40 17 tires wont fit or something?

chances are the wheel would be more towards the wheel lip so not a good thing. fox rear on a sn95 is good but sn95 in fox may have issues

so.. can i just take the axles out of the sn95 and stick it in my 89?

94 axels fit fine on my 93. I dont have any problems with them and 275/40/17 but they did rub when the car was lowered. If I remember right the axels are only a hair longer on the sn95 than on the fox.

so how much woud the rearend stick out on each side if i did swap it out? and sice you said they are longer, they are useless on my car?

Here is a pick of mine. They dont really stick out and thats with the 275. Also make sure you use the read disk brakes from the 95.
