Default 2 quick timing chain questions

Got 2 quick questions:

1) My '88Lx has a double-roller timing chain. Did this come like this from the factory?

2) There is about 1/4" diflection. Should I replace the timing chain/gear set?

The car has 103k on it. I can't figure out if it is stock or not though.

I agree 100% - it came from the factory with it and it is a good time to replace it.
