Default new susspension, now alighment?

I finished the rear of my suspension today (pro kit and tokicos) and the car still sits the same if not a little higher, i read that the springs settle after a few hundered miles so im not worried but should i get the alignment now or after the springs settle, does it matter?

if you replaced control arms and tightened bolts up with suspension unloaded then place vehicle on a alignment rack and loosen bolts then retighten .

I wasnt able to get my rear control arms out because the bolt, the bolt is rusted all the way through the bushing so i used a spring compressor to get the spring out. Not sure if that makes a difference.

And should i get the alignment now or when the springs drop 1.5ins like their supposed too, does it matter?
