Default Tips on starter mods

I just switched over from the 4x4 scene to the street arena. In doing so I purchaced a 91 LX 5.0. I was hoping to have a small list of ideas thrown at me for what I can do to the car for around a grand. I realize its not much, but its all I have to work with currently. Thanks for the help.

well since you already have the basics in the car already how about:

electric fan
180* thermostat
bigger radiator
a/c eliminator kit
underdrive pulleys
31 spline axles
TIRES
all the suspension components ( should be about 700-900 for everything)
K&N
MAF
throttle body

there you go that is some stuff you can get for under a grand...you can probably get most of it or at least half of the stuff

i would sugest all suspention mods first, on a mostly stock motor i have serious traction issues, adding more hp before adding traction, will just leave you spinning tires while the honda civic flys by you
