Default crankshaft posistion sensor

does the 1992 mustang 5.0 have one and if it does where is it located

you have a camshaft position sensor.... its called the distributor

Yep... and it doubles as a crankshaft position sensor, even though it's driven by the cam.

yea, its amazing how two objects that are directly correlated with a perfect 2:1 ratio can be measured with one single sensor...

the next thing you know, we will have rubber tubes under our cars that hold air, and are round...

No it doesn't have one. A crankshaft position sensor would be triggered by the crankshaft reluctor gear and not by any coresponding parts. Your car has neither.
