No, you will need to do a compression check and leak down test to evaluate pinton ring and valve seat condition.

It looks like a fairly well maintained 90K mile 5.0. I've been in a whole lot worse with a lot less miles. You lucked out

It looks a-ok, except you had some leakage from the valve cover gasket. Should be fixed with the new one.

doesnt the fresh oil go in onto that rocker, could explain it

you have a little leakage on the heads comming from the valve cover gasket.

that 5th rocker actually looks to me that it has more baked on goodness on it than the other ones...
