Default Need block advice

So cruising 65mph highway, half hour trip hadnt been beating on it. All of a sudden loud knocking and very minimal white smoke from passenger side exhaust, still have oil pressure and all other gauges look good. Car still runs so its at least still together somewhat and not thrown through the block. haha. So below are some noteworthy parts and whatnot that I still have.

HAD =
-30 over forged block (got used from a friend of a friend and definately dont blame him for it knocking like all hell right now)

Have and still in good working shape=
-holley systemax top end kit (aluminum heads, cam, intakes, and such)
-70mm throttle body
-24-30lb injectors honestly cant remember, 190 pump, pressure regulator
-75mm pro m mass air meter
-fenderwall intake
-aluminum radiator, proform elec fan
-4.10 rear end, super duty t-5, pro ripper shifter

Thinking of rebuilding the block and lower the compression in hopes for a future turbo kit...

Any pointers on where to order a block rebuild kit or parts or anything along those lines? Dont have alot of knowledge on pistson/rods/compression/blocks...

I know I'll find out more when I get it apart and down to the block but its gonna take a month of slowly caring enough to devote some wrenching time in the small garage I currently have.

I'd get it apart before ordering up an engine. It may not be as bad as you think. Could have turned a head gasket loose. Coolant in the cylinder will knock. You can't compress a liquid

if you plan on boost latter , decide now on what level, you may find yourself exceeding the reliability of the stock block.
