Default gasket's

ok so im going to redo the whole installing of the intake manifold upper and lower i know im probably going to have to get new gasketz for the lower and also some black rtv silicone and thread sealant. Do i put silicone anywhere on the gaskets for the lower and for the end seals do i use those rubber ones they give or toss them and just put silicone. I need some info of how to do this properly cause i dont want to redo it again or have a leak of anything anywhere

all you need is a dab of silicone on the 4 corners where the gaskets meet for the lower

I usually use "THE RIGHT STUFF" and I put a very small bead around the water jackets and I throw away the cork front and rear gaskets and lay a thick bead of the right stuff down = I have never had one leak since I started using that stuff 10 years ago, and follow the proper torque sequence upon install also.

That is the exact same thing that I do. Everything's been holding up pretty good.
