I've installed them on some sn-95's and results were less desirable

Well for a cam that will reasonably work with your ECU, look into a Steeda #19 cam. It's not overly aggressive, but will put out a noticile different idel.

As far as heads go, try to line up your intake and heads in a kit (if you can). In other words lets say you get an Eddelbrock RPM intake, you'd want to get the RPM heads to match as they're made to opperate in the same power range, and if memory serves me right, the #19 cam is also well within that range. Not necessarily mu "suggestion" but it is an option or example. In short, you want your air flow to be equal across the intake, heads, and cam. You don't want to bottle neck yourself somewhere, or get a part that out performs the others causing less than desireable results.

300 rwhp N/A is more than possible with a little timing advance play, and more than possible with a good tune (although the key with 5.0s is the timing play).

Ford Racing Push Rods.
110lb or 155lb hr fuel pump will be enough just a matter of how much play room you want.
24lb Ford Racing Injectors should more than handle the extra load with play room for more goodies.
Stock 1.6 or Crane 1.7s are both good choices, more personal preference than anything.
Valve springs will depend on your cam choice.

As far as kits go, it's up to you to chose where you want your power, how much power you're looking for, and how much stock drivability you want to retain. Here are a few options.

Typhoon Intake Manifold w/your choice of head
93 Cobra Intake Manifold w/your choice of head, or GT-40, GT-40P, or GT-40 X heads
94/95 Cobra or SVO Intake w/ your choice of head or GT-40, GT-40P, or GT-40 X heads
Eddelbrock Performer 5.0 Intake Manifold w/Performer 1.9 or 2.02 valve heads
Trick Flow Track Heat Intake Manifold w/Twist Wedge Heads
Eddelbrock RPM II Performer Intake Manifold w/RPM 1.9 or 2.02 valve heads
Holley Systemax w/your chioce of heds (afr makes a good combo here)

Of course all of this would go with the equal cam as well.

***The 94/95 Intake setup will be the easiest way for you to go as it doesn't require the extra parts the other kits need to bolt up to a 94/95, however down side is you won't make quite as much power, however you will retain some good torque.
