When do you change out your fuel injectors?

When do you change out your fuel injectors?

I am doing a tear down at 90k miles and replacing things like water pump, timing chain, etc. I also replaced the stock 5.0 upper and lower with the Ford Racing Cobra intakes.

How often should the injectors be replaced? Is this recommended with 90k+ miles or put them back in and keep rollin'?

they will last well past 100k, just clean them via an additive in the tank......and replace them if you build a motor whose fuel requirements need larger ones

Mine have about 164K on them and it still runs great!! I just use some injector cleaner at every oil change. I do this in all of my vehicles and haven't had an injector fail yet.
