electric fan running when turn key on
As soon as I turn my key on the electric fan turns on. It sounds like crap I think it is shot so I am going to get a new one and I think I am going to get a ccrm too since the car was not starting some times. It hasnt not started since I changed the fuel filter but I don't think that was what was making it not start. I thought maybe the whole ccrm could be messed up and causing the fuel pump relay to not work and the electric fan relay to let the fan turn on all the time when the ignition is on.
Do you think that new fan and ccrm will fix everything?

Run the KOEO self test.... an ECT sensor circuit failure code will cause the ECM to turn the fan on.
