Angry 1994 GT PROBLEMS

I have a 1994 mustang gt and I cannot get it to IDLE right, I have ran a KOEO/KOER test, and a Cylinder Balance Test all shows good. I have also put a new TPS, IAC,Mass Air Flow, and new Fuel injectors (had 3 injectors that were bad). But anyway I can get the car to idle right but after about 3-5 mins of idling it starts to sound like it is detanating/ or makes a knocking noise, and also running lean. Then I will go and adjust the throttle screw and it will idle high/or when driving the car when I would shift into another gear, it would rev up a little or the RPM's would hang for a second the come back down so I can shift. Then when coming to a stop I will push the cluth in, and the RPM's will stick at 1000-1200 RPM's then it will not comeback down to normal (750-900 RPM's).
Does anyone know what I can do to fix the problem, it is my D/D and I use it to get to work, school and for my daughters. so if anyone can tell me something I would apperacate it.

Double check your timing(Although I do not think this is your problem)? What's your cap n' rotor look like? When was the last time you replaced your fuel filter? Did these problems just start occuring randomly, or did it start after you changed a specific part?

I have double and triple checked the timing. The fuel filter is new, cap and rotor are also new. I've had this problem for awhile now, but I am starting to drive it more sense my other car is down, and would like to get the mustang fix.

Bye the way I don't have any Smog or EGR, and Check Engine Light is NOT ON.
