Default My foot hits the fuse box after swap to T-5

All:
I just finished the swap from aod to t-5 trans in my 1990 mustang gt convertible.
I have a couple of issues:
1).My foot hits the fuse box when I remove my foot from the clutch pedal after shifting to set it on the dead pedal.
I already removed the fuse panel cover to make more room. I am 6'3" and have a size 11 shoe?!?!?!
2).The transmission makes a high pitch rattling noise at about 2,000 rpms no matter what gear I am in.
I put in a new clutch but a used t-5.
3).The 4th gear syncro's are shot
how hard is it to fix this?

Thanks to everyone for the help

agreed, im only 6' with a 10.5 shoe, i did a aod to tko 600 swap and never had a single issue with the fues box, did you bend it or something so it sits lower?

do you have the proper amount and kind of trans fluid? i would recomend pulling the trans before any more damage is done to it, and sending it to a shop to be rebuilt. Maybe get a G-force gear set for upgraded durability

im 5'8" with a 10 shoe and drive with the seat more forward than an 80 year old driving a cadillac. just use the top section and you shouldnt have a problem with it

Thanks for the reply's
It turns out it was bent downward so I bent it up as far as i could and that did the trick!!!!!
As far as the trans fluid i just had the fluid changed 1 month ago and put in atf. I have not checked it since though...
