Default Car over heating again....

I have a 90 GT, stock block and heads. My mods are H/i/e, Typhoon intake mani.About 6 months ago I changed the head gaskets, thermostat, water pump, and a bigger Aluminum radiator on fixing the problem. I thought I had it fixed, drove it for about 6 months without a problem. The other night I was driving and the next morning saw a puddle. The overflow exploded all over. I tried to dig in a little bit, I figured out that one side of the radiator isn't getting hot. Hose or nothing. I thought it might have something to do with the cheap intake . Any thoughts??
